In-Person Visitation Guidelines
- Visiting Hours: Sundays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Family Group Session: Every other Sunday, 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Mandatory for all clients (families not participating must depart before 3:00 PM)
Approval & Check-In
- All visitors must be pre-approved by the clinical team
- All visitors must sign in upon arrival
Visitation Rules
- No outside food or drinks permitted
- All personal items (including cell phones) must remain locked in your vehicle
- Visitors must stay in designated outdoor areas (patio and deck)
- Clients may not escort visitors to or from vehicles
- Visitors may bring one small bag of supplies or clothing (subject to staff screening)
Eligibility
- Visitation is for residential clients only
- Clients in the orientation phase are not yet eligible for visits
Virtual Visitation (If Applicable)
For clients who are eligible but unable to receive in-person visitors, virtual visitation may be arranged.
- Available: Sundays, 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Approval Required: Must be requested through the client’s primary therapist
