When your loved one arrives at Wasatch Crest, they will be warmly welcomed and paired with a mentor client. This mentor will:
- Introduce them to the team
- Provide a tour of the facility
- Review program guidelines
- Support them in adjusting to the group environment
Orientation Period
All clients begin at the Orientation Level, which typically lasts seven days. During this time:
- Phone communication is not permitted
- This pause helps clients settle in, minimize distractions, and begin building meaningful peer connections
Once the orientation phase is complete, clients may make one 15-minute phone call per day.
Communication & Privacy
- All client information is strictly confidential
- We can only share details about a client’s treatment if there is a signed Release of Information (ROI) on file
- When calling, you must provide the Client ID Code (given at admission) to verify your identity and be connected appropriately
We appreciate your continued support. It’s a privilege to walk this journey alongside you and your loved one.
